Some beautiful insight and realisations here Georgie! I’ve voted for your journal because I am simply obsessed and I think / know the anchor of a journal can work wonders on our creativity and wellbeing BUT I do tend to let it slip... as a practise!
Thanks for voting! I’m a HUGE fan of journalling, as a vehicle to creativity and wellbeing. There are so many different ways to journal too - it’s about finding what works for you as a practice (that’s just given me an idea for a post 😀) Let me know if you need a journaling accountability buddy!
