The Be More, Do Less Philosophy
I live by the simple Be More, Do Less philosophy. By reducing the constant doing, we create space to be: more present, more creative, more fulfilled.
Perhaps it's sketching without judging the outcome, writing without counting words, or simply staring out a window without calling it "wasted time."
Remember: Time for yourself isn't something you earn after completing all your tasks. It's essential to the creative life you're meant to live.

First and foremost, Iβm an artist. But through my previous and varied work as a productivity coach, NHS-trained mindfulness teacher, digital wellbeing consultant, and a mother of three, Iβve spent many years honing my approach to slow productivity and using my creative practice as my tool for wellbeing.
The desire to fully commit to this mission and my life as an artist was ignited at the end of 2024 when I was made redundant. Now, I want to share what Iβve experienced with you. Together, we can challenge the cult of busyness by utilising simple, everyday creative practices. For the fun and joy of it!
