Welcome to another Creative Snack. Today, we’re shaking things up with non-dominant hand drawing - one of my absolute favourite drawing exercises. ✍️
In today’s exercise, we step out of our comfort zones by drawing with our non-dominant hand. This practice helps rewire our brains, encourages us to embrace imperfection, and unlocks new creative insights. It’s not about making ‘good’ art, it’s about being present and enjoying the process.
